Renter accepts the optional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) by paying the premium specified on the rental Agreement, Insurance will cover the medical costs and accidental death for the Renter and passengers in the event of an accident during the rental as per the Thrifty Motor Vehicle Policy.
Reassures you that you and all your passengers are covered for personal injury whilst in the vehicle up to a maximum of OMR 10.000 (Omani Rial Ten Thousand)

Exclusions include:
- Intentional self-injury / attempted suicide, physical / mental defect or infirmity
- An accident happening whilst such person is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs
- Number of passengers including the driver should not exceed the seating capacity as stated in the schedule of the policy at the time of accident.
- Diya Money (blood money) will be as decided by the court of law based on the incident.
